ABOUT US
A Sacred Vision, Built by the Community
The Sree Guruvayoorappan Ayyappan Temple (SGAT) is a meaningful initiative of the Hindu community in Singapore, envisioned as a shared spiritual home for devotees across generations.
Bringing together the divine presence ofSree Guruvayoorappan and Sree Ayyappan, the temple reflects the rich spiritual heritage of Kerala and South India. It is conceived as more than a place of worship — a space where faith, tradition, and community come together in harmony.
As the first new Hindu temple to be built in Singapore in over two decades, this temple represents a collective aspiration to preserve sacred traditions while serving the evolving needs of the community.
